Tarek El Faleh is a Digital Transformation, Project Management and Agile professional with more than 25 years of experience leading IT teams, complex transformation programs and organisational change initiatives across Europe.
Throughout his career, he has worked across Banking, Financial Services, FinTech and technology-driven organisations, combining hands-on delivery with leadership responsibilities. During his tenure at ODDO BHF, he evolved from Head of IT to Innovation & IT Transformation leadership roles, driving Agile transformation, modern delivery practices and innovation initiatives. Today, through Smart Scaling, he supports organisations and teams in Project Management, Agile, Change Management, Business Analysis, AI and digital transformation.
Alongside his consulting activities, Tarek is an experienced trainer and speaker specialising in Project Management, Agile & Scrum, Change Management, DevOps and the practical application of Artificial Intelligence to Project Management, Business Governance and Business Analysis. His sessions focus on turning frameworks and emerging technologies into practical approaches that professionals can immediately apply in their day-to-day work.
His teaching style combines real-world transformation experience, practical scenarios, workshops and interactive exercises. Rather than focusing only on theory, Tarek helps participants understand how to apply methods, tools and AI capabilities to real business challenges while keeping human judgement, stakeholder engagement and successful adoption at the centre of transformation.
